Bucheon City of Literature

Bucheon Cultural Foundation is a leading cultural arts organization established in 2001 to expand public access to culture and foster the development of Bucheon's local arts and cultural scene. Through a wide range of initiatives—including participatory arts education, the Bucheon Musical Instrument Bank, support for community arts and culture, and programs for performing arts organizations and emerging artists—the Foundation creates opportunities for everyone to experience and enjoy culture as part of everyday life.
The Foundation also strengthens the city's cultural infrastructure by operating municipal performance venues and museums, curating exhibitions and performances, and promoting initiatives that support the growth of the cultural and creative industries. Through these efforts, it contributes to the development of a sustainable cultural ecosystem for the region.
As a dynamic cultural platform, the Bucheon Cultural Foundation is dedicated to enriching the quality of life for citizens through arts and culture while fostering a creative cultural city where people and the arts grow together.
