Introduce
Opened in 2003, Bucheon Education Museum exhibits approximately 4,700 antique artifacts such as saseo samgyeong(Seven Chinese Classics the Four Books and the ThreeClassics) of the Joseon Dynasty, educational materials from the Japanese Occupation Period, textbooks, reference books, awards and school supplies in the modern era from the 60s and military government period. It is a place where the entire history of Korean education may be seen at a glance and offers a place of lifetime learning through various programs including culture classes, special exhibits and academic seminars.
While walking through the museum, you will attain a dynamic experience during which you will not only reflect on our education’s past and present but also envision the blueprint of the future.
